With his diverse experience and expertise, Mr. Kapadia serves on the Board of several leading companies such as TUV India Ltd, Thyssen Krupp Industries Limited, Kaira Can Company Ltd.

Prior he was COO with CMS Computers Ltd managing group operation for their various business lines.

Mr. D’Souza is a seasoned Business Management professional with over 30 years of experience in the IT Services Industry. Prior to joining CLARISITY was COO with CMS Computers Ltd managing group operation for their various business lines. As Vice President – International of SYSTIME Global Solutions (now part of BirlaSoft), he was part of the Global Leadership Team that helped SYSTIME scale and become the #1 JDE Practice Globally. During his extensive career with SYSTIME spanning 25 years, he held several key leadership positions, from managing the Consulting/Technical teams to Business Development to Managing Business in ASEAN, Japan, ANZ, India & MEA markets.

In his 14 years of experience in the Asia Pacific IT products and solutions industry, Mr. Pitkar has honed his ability to understand and adapt to diverse industry complexities.
Mr. Pitkar’s developed skills have enabled him to successfully setup, manage and grow multiple technology organizations across Asia Pacific. Mr. Pitkar has also deployed multiple solutions at some of the largest organizations in Asia Pacific.

Mr. Shah has extensive P&L management, selling/ commercial leadership and practice building experience; focused on successful outcome for clients. Strong forte at developing sustainable client and partner eco-systems Proven leadership roles in professional services organizations across four domains: Industry/ Sector, Strategic Sales/ Commercial, Cross-functional solution deployments and Market leadership
Mr. Shah has over 23+ years hands-on Consulting service delivery roles focused on enhancing client’s business performance on sustainable Commercial/ Growth Strategy, Operations/ Core Manufacturing/ Supply Chain enhancements, Deployment of Digital commercial/ service platforms with complex partner ecosystem, Implementation of Industry 4.0 enabled Operating model and Developing strategies for clients embarking on cloud platforms.

Mr. Anavekar has a strong ERP domain of over 2 decades especially on JD Edwards. Mr. Anavekar is responsible for managing the JDE Practice in CLARISITY.

Shyam Mehta

Global Delivery

Mr. Mehta is a Global Delivery & Operation Executive with over 30+ years of extensive experience in Operations & Practice Management of JD Edwards. Varied Industry Domain including Automobile Manufacturing, Jewelry / Diamond Manufacturing, etc.

Mr. Mehta with a strong history of leading onshore and offshore technical and development teams for large, technology-driven projects now responsible for Global Projects Delivery. With the growing need for Analytics now focusing on driving BI & Analytics project implementations in CLARISITY.

Pandurang Ranjalkar

Digital Practice

Mr Ranjalkar is a focused professional with 20+ years of experience in Digital Transformation, IoT, Analytics & Middleware technologies

After spending over 17 years with L&T Infotech as Global Practice Head for Oracle Digital, PaaS, IaaS & Fusion Middleware, Mr. Ranjalkar now heads the Digital Practice in CLARISITY. Overall accountability involves customer acquisition, Practice Strategic Direction and Operational Ownership. Given his in depth understanding of business environment and multiple technologies spanning Digital Transformation, Analytics, IoT & Middleware, Mr Ranjalkar bring this to the table helping customer draw their Digital Transformation Roadmap.

Arun Bhatia

Mr. Bhatia is a result-oriented business & technology leader with over 30 years of IT experience selling, defining, developing and implementing customer focused innovative business solutions - with the last 15 years in Business Intelligence, Data Warehousing, Enterprise Performance Management, Big Data and Analytics.

He has wide experience - from selling products & developing solutions to project management and business management. He has built small (5 member) to large (800 member) Practice teams in Information Management (covering BI, EDW, Big Data & Analytics) with exceptional go-to-market, presales, solution and delivery capabilities.
At CLARISITY driving the Analytics practice and defining the strategic direction and managing principal relationships.

Sachin Pimenta

Mr Pimenta has over 20+ years of enriching experience in finance and marketing providing customer centric technology driven solutions across various business sectors like steel, pharmaceutical, software, manufacturing, trading and e-governance in India & USA. Mr Pimenta has conceived & managed all aspects of global technology, designed and strategized enterprise wide projects.

Mr Pimenta is responsible for Operations in CLARISITY managing Corporate functions and ensuring financial and operational compliance across Practices.
